Mr Benschop has stirred up a lot of trouble

- Benschop is operating like a terrorist, terrorizing government and politicians and civilians and even the media.

Dear Editor,

People like Mark Benschop become aware of themselves, their attitudes become extreme and dangerous because they realize that they can manipulate others because of their affiliation with the USA (North America is better than South America) as well as their education, or not. They use this opportunity to gain attention and power for themselves by whatever means necessary . Because they know that, on the whole, the public is not terribly informed about important issues they prey on the ignorance of innocent people and use their minds as a springboard to start up issues like religion, racism and politics to carry out their dirty selfish deeds. They pretend to fight for the good cause and to defend the innocent and to speak out for right and freedom but it is all in the name of power and greed. Benschop wants power in Guyana under the pretense that he is representing his Black brothers. What happened to his Amerindian, Chinese, and Portuguese, Indian, English and Dugla brothers? They don't count? He acts like a vagabond, disregarding the laws of the state and its people and causing disturbance in an already fragile political community. Guyanese people do not need this liability, what they need are gifts for the poor and needy, women need clothes, men need tools, students need books, mothers need a break, they don't want to see a hostile man on T.V. or read about him in the newspapers and it's all bad news. Benschop is operating like a terrorist, terrorizing government and politicians and civilians and even the media.

Mark Benschop

We must be wary of people like this man who purports to fight in the name of freedom and for his brothers for it is out of such people that we have so much bloodshed and violence and crimes. We must be cautious about people who appear from nowhere and suddenly want to save the country and its people from the lawfully elected government. Those of you are lighting candles, vigils and chanting hymns outside the courthouse or protesting for injustice, I say to you, be careful what you wish for.

Yours faithfully
